About Ryne
I started playing violin as a kid and never really stopped. Growing up in Omaha in a musical family, music was simply part of everyday life. Many weekends were spent playing around the Old Market, and some of my favorite memories still come from making music with family and friends.
After more than 30 years of playing and classical training, I've had the opportunity to perform at hundreds of events across Nebraska — from wedding ceremonies and receptions to corporate events, fundraisers, and memorial services.
Every event is different, and that's what I enjoy most. Sometimes the music is front and center. Other times it's creating the atmosphere for a moment people will remember long after the day is over. My background is rooted in classical violin, but I also perform on electric violin, which allows me to adapt to a wide range of venues, styles, and events.
Acoustic & Electric
Most wedding violinists perform acoustically. I offer both acoustic and electric violin, allowing the music to evolve naturally throughout the event.
For ceremonies, the acoustic violin provides the timeless sound most couples expect. For cocktail hours and receptions, the electric violin paired with professional backing tracks creates a fuller sound while maintaining the elegance of a live performance.
The result is a flexible, all-in-one music experience that works equally well for intimate gatherings and large venues.
